How do I buy a policy? +

Can I get a hard copy of my policy by mail? +
All policies are delivered electronically by email. Contact us at hello@withsmithy.com.au if you need a hard copy.
Can I update my policy? +
We can help you update coverage dates, details, or adjust your coverage. Email hello@withsmithy.com.au.
What can I do if I didn't get the policy email? +
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll resend it.
How do I cancel my policy? +

I sold my aircraft — can I cancel my policy? +
Yes. Contact us with your policy number and the date of sale, and we'll arrange the cancellation.
I'm not Australian, can I buy your insurance? +
Our policies are available to Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, valid visa holders, and NZ citizens permanently residing in Australia.
How long does a refund take to process? +
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
What is a PDS? +
The Product Disclosure Statement contains important info about your policy. It's available when you get a quote and included in your confirmation email.
