How do I buy a policy?

We’re an online company and have created an online purchase path that takes you from quote to policy in a few quick steps. To get started, click on the relevant product to get a quick quote

  1. Create your quote by entering your risk details about your aircraft.
  2. Your quote has been created. Now select from the Cover options shown on screen. At this stage you can edit your policy to ensure you have the right cover
  3. Next, add your personal details
  4. Finally, enter your payment details, and you’re done!

Keep an eye on your inbox for your ‘Certificate of Insurance’ which has your all-important policy number, and cover details.

Can I update my policy?

We can help you update your policy if you need to:

  • Changing your coverage dates
  • Updating your coverage details
  • Changing the email address that we reach you by
  • Cancelling your policy

Depending on the changes needed, we may need to contact you to take credit card payment for additional cover.

What is a Product Disclosure Statement, also called a PDS?

The Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) contains important info about your policy. In the PDS you’ll see detailed information about what you’re covered for.

It’s always available on the relevant when you get a quote and will be included in your confirmation email when we send you the policy confirmation.

I don’t have my policy details can you help me?

Sure. The best thing will be for you to have a copy of your Schedule.

After purchasing a policy, you’ll receive your Schedule via email. We’ll use the email address you provided when you bought your policy.

The Schedule outlines what you’re covered for, and who are listed on your policy.

If you’d like a copy of your Schedule, we can send this to the email address you provided.

Can I get a hard copy of my policy by mail?

We can unfortunately not send a copy of your Schedule (policy) by mail. We’re an online only company, this helps us to keep premiums low and offer the best possible value for our customers.

If you’d like a copy of your Schedule, we can send this to the email address you provided when you bought your policy.

We can help you with this during business hours.

What can I do if I didn't get the policy email?

Your Schedule was sent via email shortly after your purchased your policy online. We used the email address you provided during checkout.

Have you checked your junk or spam folders?

I sold my aircraft - can I cancel my policy?

We offer a full money back guarantee on any policy cancelled with 14 days of purchase.

We can check to see if your policy is eligible for cancellation. We’ll just need a few details please to access your information and confirm your identity for security purposes. If, your policy is still within the 14-day cooling off period, we can now go ahead and cancel that for you and you will get a full refund.

How long goes a refund take to process?

We offer a full money back guarantee on any policy cancelled with 14 days of purchase. Once we’ve cancelled your policy, a confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided on the day you bought your policy.

Is my policy cancelled yet?

Once we’ve cancelled your policy, a confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided on the day you bought your policy. If you were entitled to a refund this can take up to 10 days to be refunded onto your credit or debit card.

If you did not receive the cancellation email or it has been more than 10 days since you cancelled your policy please contact us at hello@brokersonline.co and we will help you.
